Here are the terms and conditions for the Back-to-School Offer:

  1. Size of Implementation
    • The Back-to-School offer is designed for district or community-wide implementation.
  2. Define success
    • Success will be measured using the Footsteps2Brilliance Growth Score Report™. The goal is to triple the average literacy proficiency score across the district.
  3. Duration
    • The offer requires a 2-year contract. The first year covers the 2024-25 school year, and the second year covers the 2025-26 school year.
  4. Our Back-To-School Offer
    • This is a 2-year contract. Payment for the first year is due in full before implementation begins. When the literacy goals are met at the end of the 2024-25 school year, the contract will auto-renew. Payment for the second year will be due before the 2025-26 school year begins. If the literacy goals are not met, Footsteps2Brilliance will pay for the second year.
  5. Implementation Success Plan – The success plan requires:
    • Documentation of agreed-upon success metrics
    • Start and end dates
    • Training plan and dates
    • Device setup and school/teacher/student rostering completed before training.
    • Initial training for all educators, to be completed within the first 60 days of implementation
    • Monthly data reviews with district administrators, with 100% participation required
    • Upholding implementation fidelity with a minimum of 45 minutes of student usage per week for at least 10 weeks. Only students meeting this criterion* will be included in the Footsteps2Brilliance Growth Score Report™.
  6. Client support and attention.
    • Footsteps2Brilliance will stand by you throughout this implementation.  You will be assigned a Client Success Manager to help with implementation fidelity and monitoring ongoing data.

*For purposes of data generalizability, we require at least 50 students to meet the above criterion.
